Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of onescope.ai (“the Site”), operated by OneScope Intelligence (“the Company”), and anything you submit through it. Use of the OneScope product itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Scope

This site is an informational page introducing OneScope, together with a form for joining the beta waitlist. There is no membership, no account and no paid transaction on this site.

Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement between the Company and your organisation, that agreement prevails.

2. Definitions

• Site: onescope.ai, operated by the Company, and the pages linked from it.
• User: anyone who visits the Site or joins the beta waitlist.
• Subscription: a beta waitlist signup made through the form.

3. Effect and amendment

These terms take effect when posted on the Site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and will post the amended terms with their effective date at least seven days beforehand. An amendment that is unfavourable to users will be posted at least thirty days beforehand.

Continuing to use the Site after the effective date is taken as acceptance. If you do not accept, stop using the Site.

4. Joining the waitlist

Giving us your email address subscribes you to OneScope product news and to an invitation on the day the beta opens. It is not a contract, and it gives you no claim to access, to a licence or to any other service.

Enter an address you can actually receive mail at. If it is wrong we cannot reach you, and the resulting disadvantage falls on you.

Subscribe only with an address you are entitled to use. Submissions from one IP address are limited to five per hour, and automated or bulk submissions may be rejected or deleted without notice.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send. What happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false information, or impersonating another person or organisation
• Automated collection of the Site by crawler, scraper or similar means beyond ordinary browsing
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with normal operation
• Reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from the Site’s content without permission
• Any act that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of the Company or a third party

The Company may restrict access where such conduct occurs.

6. Intellectual property

Copyright and other rights in the Site, including its text, design, images, marks and software, belong to the Company or to the party that licensed them to the Company. Nothing on the Site grants a licence to use them.

“OneScope” and “OneScope Intelligence” are marks of the Company. Use them only as permitted by law or with prior written consent.

7. Beta status and no warranty

OneScope is offered in beta. Figures, screens and analysis examples shown on the Site are illustrations of how the product works. They are not results for any real case and are not a guarantee of performance.

The Site is provided as is. The Company does not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error, and may change or suspend all or part of it. Where the change is material, notice will be posted in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for damage arising from a cause outside its control, such as a natural disaster, or from the user’s own fault. The Company is not liable for the accuracy or content of material a user submits.

Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for the Company’s intent or gross negligence.

9. Personal data

The email address you give us is processed under the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Company is established. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion is subject to the courts having jurisdiction in that place. Ask at [email protected] and we will tell you which that is.
